The bandwidth scheduler plugin uses a 24hr format, but will not allow you to insert a time beyond 11:59 in the "From:" time field. I'm using v3.2.4, and the bug exists since at least v3.2.1 (I just found the bug today and updated to latest hoping it was fixed).

The dialog ensures that the from field is always smaller then the to field, increase the to field, and it will go higher.

Ah, Ok thanks. Maybe there should be a note about that on the dialog...
