The first thing I do when I have started a new torrent is to set its 'Assured upload' to a few KB/s
(I may also set other limits/assured speed).

To be able to set it before it starts it would be easier than finding the torrent afterwards and then adjusting it; especially for people with hundreds of torrents in their lists.
