If you set ktorrent to move torrents files to a given destination when download completes, seems that ktorrent forgets where he just moved the files and search on the old directory, thus not finding anything and giving a missing files dialog. Activating "Data Check" will return the right location.

If someone else is having this, just give a thumb up, or else it could be my system fault...
