I'll be nice to be able, if possible, to block peers from a specific country only. I know this can be unreliable in some cases but I would find this useful, esp on torrents with lots of peers from Chile, which from my observance on more than one occasion, leech wayyyyyyy more than they give back so I manually have to block each one of them in order not to explode my upload volume. If blocking by country was available to me, all I'd need to do is select to block all from a given country connected to me
