HI i just updated to 3.3 and im very dissapointed. Personally 2.5 was perfect for me and had almost everything. Now 3.3 is acting just strange. Right now im downloading and uploading, but when i lock my screen ktorrent decides to stop all activity. Dont know why.

Also happens when the screensaver kicks in, it does the same thing. Is this a feature or a bug. If its a feature i really want to know whose bright idea that was. Needless to say im stilll supporting ktorrent cause well it s*its over anything else on linx.

So keep doing your thing ktorrent devs.

There is no such feature. Whatever it is, it isn't ktorrent.

So what could it be? I really want to fix this. If it helps im running Arch Linux.

What do you see in the ktorrent log file when this happens ? You can find it in ~/.kde/share/apps/ktorrent/log

If something happens, like the network interface being shutdown, we should be able to see it in the log.
