I compiled ktorrent 3.3 from source today - no problems, warnings, notices at all.

"scripts" however wasn't working at all. When I pushed the start-button nothing happened (not even an error to stderr). I realized that the scripts might depend on kross and realized that I didn't have libkrosspython0 and libkrossruby0 installed. After installing them and reinstalling ktorrent (no idea if it was necessary) everything worked fine.

I guess cmake (or something else) should give users like me an honest chance to figure this out (I was just lucky)
