The time to complain about it was probably when it was in beta. I would bet that it's WAY too late now as it's not a simple revert, and there haven't been many complaints.
Back when it was being implemented I also suggested a "Force Start" system similar to the one in uTorrent, so you could have a torrent "Stopped" then "Force Start" it and regain the old functionality. |

Long time ktorrent user. Just registered because until now I had no problems, which says a lot for the quality. THANKS.
I belong to 2 trackers that reward for seeding time, but have few leechers, so I can seed many torrents (40-50 each, with only 3-5 leeching) with little network traffic. I also belong to one that will penalize you for having more than 3 torrents leeching at one time, and I would use an rss feed to automate d/l there. I also severely limit the d/l speed on some sites to stay in the leeching swarm longer. I just upgraded to 3.3 and the queue manager changes force me back to 3.2. I need to be able to manually control the majority of my downloads, while having queue manager control those for the one site that limits the number leeching. Ideally adding a "use queue manager" or "user controlled" checkbox to the groups policy would fix this. Thanks for your consideration Rob |

So no other old users wishes are valuable than those who always try the newest beta and give feedback.
I also think the new system is dull. |
