The magnet link support seems to be working very well, however I don't like ktorrent asking me
what to do with it, when I've already set default save location in preferences.
I use scanfolder plugin which can open torrents silently - you save a torrent in scanned dir and it will automatically start
downloading in predefined dir - this should also apply to magnet links and torrents passed directly to ktorrent (without scanfolder).

The current option "open multiple torrents siletnly" should be made as suboption of e.g. "open all torrents silently" (or maybe something better). I don't want to confirm downloading a magnet link or a single torrent in case I've already predefined save location - I just want ktorrent to do the job in background without asking me anything if set so.
Imagine having a queue of 20 magnet links - then I have to sit there and wait until all of them starts and click download for each one separately.

Can this be implemented?
