Enabling logging shows a lot of connection timeouts occuring in less than a second (shouldn't it wait longer?). George Moderator Posts 5421 Karma 1	Re: [svn 1070144] Low number of connected peers Tue Jan 05, 2010 6:42 pm It's not timeouts, the timer interval hasn't changed, those are probably timeouts from older connection attempts. I will do a comparison with 4.0beta1, to see if I can reproduce this.

George Moderator Posts 5421 Karma 1	Re: [svn 1070144] Low number of connected peers Wed Jan 06, 2010 6:33 pm I have fixed the problem in rev 1070777. It turns out we were sending some badly encoded protocol extension handshakes. Resulting in peers dropping connections to us.
