It seems like the regular expressions i filters doesn't work as it should.
For example expression
Chuck*720p
doesn't match
Chuck S03E06 720p HDTV x264-DIMENSION

I think that regular expression is wrong. Chuck*720p means 0 or more repetitions of word Chuck and then followed by the world 720p. The sentence in fact doesn't match.
Try this:
Chuck.*720p.*
Or if you want to download just season 3:
Chuck S03E[0-9]{1,2} 720p.*
