My first patch to KTorrent :)

It solves this feature request and adds a checkbox to the prefui to enable authentication (it is checked by default).

Patch looks good, I have expanded the tooltip a bit and changed the checkbox label to Login required.

Actually, my last patch doesn't work with the coldmilk theme. The reason is that the 'main' html file is named coldmilk.html and not interface.html like the other two themes.

By applying this patch and then renaming coldmilk.html to interface.html everything is working as it should :)
