[patch] Support for magnetlinks with base32 encoded hash

According to the BEP 9 the clients magnet downloader should have support for links with a base32 encoded info hash (I think Vuze uses these).

Here is a patch to add that: http://info.gannon.se/base32hashsupport.patch

Better find some base32 magnet links to test this. Do you happen to know some ?
