When a torrent is stuck @ 52.45% and there are no other peers with more content, uploading to a peer in the swarm who's at 22.93% consistently displays a small amount of Download traffic (~200 B/s) to the same peer. Not really a big deal, but it interferes with the Queue Manager's Time Stalled calculations. E.g. keeps them reset to zero, and hence the torrent never "stalls" when it should.
