i tried installing ktorrent on windows
1)i got the kde package manager
2) set it up
3) did not find any package called `ktorrent` in the list

i tried both end-user and package manager install mode, tried 3 different download servers, nothing, no ktorrent (i can see various other packages though)

and yes, i do have "show all" selected

I don't maintain the windows package, but I will ask what is going on.
