Ktorrent Ratio Bug

Hi
Version : Ktorrent/4.0.2
OS : Fedora 13
I set maximum ratio to 1.00, and ktorrent stops at 0.99

Leecher dont download the complete file only 99,34%

i have tested with 1 seeder and 1leecher

Probably caused by floating point inaccuracies.

Will fix it shortly.
