Hi,

I'd like to suggest adding assured up- and download speeds for groups (all groups, not just user defined ones).
An example from my usage where this would be useful:
I have a lot of torrents I'm constantly seeding, but I only need a fraction of my uplink for those.
To reserve the rest (or all) for the ones I'm downloading, I currently have to set an assured upload speed for every new torrent I'm adding.
Then when it's finished downloading, I need to remove that assured upload speed. Which is especially bothersome with a large number of torrents or when I'm away for a longer time.
What I'd like to do is reserve most (or all) of my upload speed for the torrents I'm downloading, so the upload gets evenly distributed among all torrents currently downloading - then once all torrents have finished downloading, distribute it evenly among all seeded torrents (which would happen automatically here since there's no more downloading torrents to take up the assured upload speed for downloads).

There's probably lots of other cases where this could be applied in other ways.
