Hi, Ktorrent doesn't delete the corresponding .torrent file when the "Remove torrent and Data" context menu item is clicked. Both 4.0.3 and 3.x. The process has the rights to delete the file.

KTorrent makes a copy of the torrent when opening it, it therefore doesn't give a damn about the original torrent, so it also doesn't delete it.
