Using Debian testing (ktorrent 4.0.2, KDE 4.4.5).

I have set a speed limit for downloading a Debian DVD iso image torrent.

Ktorrent was applying this limit about 12 hours ago when the torrent was being downloaded
from bittorrent peers. Ktorrent has been since been shutdown and I have just restarted it.

Now due to lack of bittorrent peers, ktorrent is downloading from a web seed. However,
the limit is not being applied and ktorrent is using the full capacity of my Internet connection.

Is this a known bug ?

I've just removed the download speed limit and then set it again.

Now the limit is being applied to the web seed.
