[Bug] updated torrent filles are not overwritten

When I delete torrent from KTorrent and add updated torrent file with SAME name then the old torrent file in directory "Copy torrent files to" is not overwritten by new one, so after a number of updates I find the oldest version of torrent in this directory :-(

Using Gentoo, KTorrent 4.0.5, libktorrent 1.0.5.3

I will make it so that the default KDE overwrite file dialog is shown.
