table column width

Sun Mar 13, 2011 1:57 am
i've been using ktorrent for ages and it has served me well. thanks for all your efforts.

but.....

is there a way to reduce the minimum width of the columns? it just wastes space
and i have to constantly pan left and right if i don't have the window maximized:

example:

Image

in this image i wish i could reduce Share Ratio, Time Left, Seeders and time download.

i used to have it perfect in 3.5 (i haven't touched leechers thats why is so tiny)

so, please, is there a way?

thanks!

You can make the columns as small as you want, the column headers will be obscured though.

i cannot :( as you might see in the img above, thats mimimum width i can shrink it

i don't mind the text on the headers, after years of use i can blindly say which is which ;)

so you think there's an global option that controls it?

thanks

ps:

KTorrent
Version 4.0.5
Using KDE Development Platform 4.4.5 (KDE 4.4.5)

Don't know, I have no problems making them as small as I want.

AFAIK, I'm not doing anything special to achieve this.
