After many months of work, new major releases for ktorrent and libktorrent are available. The biggest new features are:

* Support for Superseeding
* KIO magnet, see Christian Weilbach's blog (http://whilos.blogsite.org/?p=181") for an introduction
* The user interface has been redesigned, making better use of KDE's KParts technologies
* Video streaming, enabling you to start watching a movie while it is downloading
