how to reproduce:

when i want to download a torrent, a dialog appears. now i change a value in "Group" combo box
and "Move when complete to:" check box always changes its state from checked to unchecked.
it is really annoying :-(

previous version did not have this bug.

If you put the torrent in a group, then the policy of that group will be applied, move on completion is part of the group policy.
