Hello,
I've been using Ktorrent for the past few weeks, and it's just the best linux bittorrent software in the market, but I taught of some improvements in the syndication tool that could just make KTorrent perfect !

In the filters, there's already a non matching item filter which I think is a great idea, but it doesn't seem to work, for example, if I already filter 10-20 shows, and I wanna filter out of these shows the ones that are in HD, it's not possible, Ktorrent apparently just choose to apply one filter over the other one.

A second issue is the refresh feature, apparently, it doesn't check whether a file has already been downloaded or not, it's particularly annoying when ktorrent automaticaly refresh the rss feeds, so a file that has already been downloaded gets downloaded again.

I have this same issue. In fact it causes major issues. Sometimes I'll come to the computer and see like 30 downloads started (redownloading stuff I already have) and then moving it to the completed downloads folder. This causes tons of file copy errors and really just kicks the **** out of the system. I've been having this issue since a while back but was hoping it was fixed with the latest releases. But it hasn't.
