Hi,

I've setup KTorrent to decrease priority when a torrent has been stalled for 2 hours (to let other torrents download while the seeders of other torrents are unavailable).

But when a torrent is sent to Queued for download because of this rule it stops seeding the data that has already been downloadet. This will trigger the Hit'n'Run detection of private torrent sites.

It would be nice if files where still being seeded even if the torrent is in the download queue.
