I would like to ask for a show/hide torrents that are stopped. I know I can go to Group View and see Running/Not Running, but that is not applied in all "views"...

There are two ways I could think about this (you can implement both ):

- A button or a menu option to show/hide the torrents that are stopped.
- Add a Running/Not Running sub-tree in the group view (including for all torrents)
