Scan Folder plugin recursion

Mon May 07, 2012 1:22 pm
Please reference this post: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=4229

It has been some time since I have heard anything back about this, so I figured I would post this as a feature request. I am still using the perl script to accomplish what I need, but I would love to clean it up a little bit. My feature request is to add an option to the scan folder plugin to make it search recursively for torrents in a directory, and autoload them to download in that same folder the .torrent was in. Currently it scans and loads but downloads to your default location. For example, if I have /media/torrents set as a watch folder, and a .torrent file in /media/torrents/Software/Ubuntu/, I would like it to load that torrent automatically and download to /media/torrents/Software/Ubuntu/. Would this be difficult to add? Thank you so much for your time and efforts with this. My current version is 4.1.3, on Ubuntu 12.04.

Make a feature request at bugs.kde.org, feature request on the forum will get lost in the mists of time.
