My Router is set for UPnP
I noticed that UPnP plugin does not show anything, any device or port

Normally the router should respond to the M-SEARCH messages ktorrent sends out, to discover the router.
Is there anything in the log file about UPnP (~/.kde/share/apps/ktorrent/log) ?

You can also check with wireshark on udp port 1900, if you know how to use wireshark.
