Is there possibility to have some sort of priortization given to individiual chunks. For e.g. in Deluge chunks are called 'pieces' , just the visualization is different and you can give priority to individual pieces. See for e.g. http://dev.deluge-torrent.org/wiki/Plugins/Pieces

It would be much more helpful if something like that could be added esp. in reference to multimedia works where you want to quickly see if the quality of a multimedia work is upto the mark or not. Right now it's pretty random and can take upto 50% to know what the quality of audio and video is rather than 2-5% which could be done with the above methodology.
