I would be great not only if you could specify random ports for ktorrent, but also to assign random ports per torrent. If they all used the same port, and your isp throttles that port, then they all share the limit. But if you spread out your ports and each gets limited to 50Kbs then at least each torrent get 50Kbs, and not sharing 50Kbs.
