Currently the speed limit setting in a Group Policy applies to each individual torrent within that group. What I would like is a group-wide bandwidth cap, so for example all of the torrents in a group would have to share a fixed amount of bandwidth which is obviously less than the global cap. Equally, any individual torrent within that group would not be able to exceed the bandwidth cap of the group.
