Is KTorrent still being developed?

It is by far the best torrent client for linux, but there's no releases since Jan. 2013... People keep posting improvement suggestions on this forum, so people still hope there're developers working in it... Are there? I too am feeling sad about not having a release in so long. I mean, it's actually almost perfect, so doesn't really need release, accept for this one really annoying bug.

Can money motivate?! I'll donate $20 to whoever can put out a bugfix release with this peerguardian fix in it! And they would also have my gratitude

They've set out to help in exactly these cases, I think.

I do not know really. I am not reproducing things and/or send George crash logs anymore.
If you look here you see that either George or someone else using his account, is still doing some coding.
