KTorrent 4.3.1 and libktorrent 1.3.1 released

The first bugfix release for 4.3 is out. It fixes several crashes and some minor bugs. For a full overview of all the fxes take a look in the ChangeLog files in the tar balls.

In addition i created a new set of RPMS / SRPMS for this on Mandriva 2011 (kde4 cmake) at :
