Is it possible to request for a new feature for KTorrent application ?

I was looking for a feature where I can define how much data KTorrent can use in a day or in a specified period of time.

I have a daily limit if 2.0 GB of data and about 300 to 400 MB is sufficient for my daily surfing / emailing needs. The rest of the 1.5 GB of data I would like to use for torrent download / upload.

My internet quota resets on a daily basis and there is no carry forward and no lump sum data available for the entire month. So if I don't consume my 2 GB in a day I will have lost the data for that day and if I consume all the data for that day much before the reset time then I am stuck without internet until next day.

Manually it is difficult to monitor in KTorrent as to how much data is utilized and hence difficult to apply a stop on the torrenting activity. It would be great if KTorrent had a feature where it knows on a daily basis how much data it has consumed and stop all torrenting activity once the data limit defined by me is reached.

And it this feature already exists via some 3rd party plugin then please do let me know about it.
