First of all, thaks for that great app, I was waiting for a KDE client.

I'm downloading 10 files, they are about 700 MB each file. Ktorrent gets about 20 seconds to launch and then it uses ~ 105 MB of memory. My KDE gets less responsive and it's a bit annoying.

It's normal that behavior?

Using kubuntu 5.10 with ktorrent 1.1 compiled from source.

We have no memory leaks that I know off, so yes that's normal. 10 torrents is a lot, all those things use up memory.
