Hi! This client looks really great, and has just implemented per-file selection in multi-file torrents, which was the initial reason I started using Azureus.

The only feature left in Azureus that I need now is its ability (via a plugin) to fetch RSS feeds and download "new" torrents.

I'm thinking that I could write some Ruby script which does all the RSS fetching, and pass the new relevant URLs onto KTorrent. What's the best way to feed the new URLs in? Is there a nice DCOP interface I can use or am I supposed to just pass it on the command-line?

An RSS plugin is on the TODO list, but you can use DCOP in the mean time :

dcop ktorrent KTorrent openTorrent /path/to/cool.torrent

Very nice. That's more than enough for my purposes.
