Same finding here, it's almost like my ISP has throttled my upload completely. It's not there very long, i would say somehere in the 521 or 520 part.

Could this have anything to do with the max share ratio ? Are your torrents still running ?

Or is did I introduce a bug when I was examining the protocoll overhead in the upload traffic ?

EDIT: it seems if I run a local test, uploading with limit goes wrong.

Strange, i noticed something like this some weeks before; back then you already awnsered my PM, but after it it was still listed as outbox until a new message came in my outbox and got read.. (and replaced the spooky outbox PM)
This is why i asked.

i have said this before. ktorrent doesnt seed right. i have given up using it until it does. the funny thing is that when i download something with ktorrent and open it with azureus it always starts seeding right away.
