I'm using SuSE 10 and Ktorrent 1.2. Works fine ... except, for no apparent reason the lower panel with all of the status information has disappeared. I had hoped that this was temporary, but restarting Ktorrent and restarting Linux had no effect.

I looked at the menus for anything that would turn the lower panel on and off, but did not find it. I hope I am not just a moron and have overlooked it, but if so, please so advise (and tell me what I have missed!)

The lower panel is provided by the infowidget plugin, are you sure you have that loaded?

In the preference dialog you can load the plugin again.

I did not mess with the plugins, so I don't know precisely how they got unloaded!

I got the same problem with the new version in svn, did checkout today, but can not find out which version, sorry. I'm testing under ubuntu

When I try to load the plugin ktorrent crashes, and I dont get the crash dialog, but in a console I get this error

You need to do a make instal to overwrite old plugins, they are not compatible with the current SVN version.
