Strange upload speed

I'm uploading torrent which has 5 seeds and 16 leechers, but my upload speed is very strange. It jumps from 0 to 80 kb/s in about 2 seconds :roll: I have 1 Mbps upload speed. Is this normal?

As far as i know the upload isn't highly tuned yet, but your situation is quite extreme. It would probably have more todo with the peers than with KTorrent.
Btw, what version are you using?

I'm using version 1.2 from kubuntu repositories. Upload speed is constant around 56 kb/s if I upload the same file with BitTornado.

I've noticed that my download speed is also strange. It jumps from 800 kb/s to 0 kb/s in a few seconds :shock:

That's strange, maybe you were downloading from 1 big seeder and that one suddenly decided to choke you.

Nope. It works fine with BitTornado.
