a tracker said that my KT reported upload speed over 40MiB/s and this is considered cheat. since this happens twice recently I'd like to ask if someone else noticed such behaviour? possible bug?

What version are you running? We had a problem with stats reporting uploaded bytes over a milion TB and it's fixed. You use the latest SVN?

Have you by any chance saved your log file when this happened? 'grep' the log file with 'Doing tracker request' and post it here so we can see what numbers KT is sending to the tracker.
