I have one problem. I have installed a ktorrent 1.2 . I am from Latvia, but I cant download anything from Latvian trekers. It shows the status stalled. But I can good download from abroad trekers, for example from torrents.ru. Can anyone describe my problem?[/b]

That's weird, it could be that those trackers are down or that they block several clients.

Can you post the log file, it should be in ~/.kde/share/apps/ktorrent/log

That way we can see what is going on.

You should probably read your tracker FAQ or something, since there's probably info on port blacklisting.

Some trackers blacklist standard BitTorrent ports (for whatever reason), and allow users to use specified range of ports. It's probably something like 50000 or similar.

So, check your trackers FAQ or try changing your port to some high value.
