What is the scope of ban peer?

Ban peer is apply to just current torrent or forever?

(How can I unban somebody? Can I view the banlist?)

Current session only and you cannot see the banlist.

I was thinking about showing banlist somewhere it could be usefull. I'll add it to my todo list but it sure won't get into the next release.
