IP filter is stored in the parent of the torX folders:
Code: Select all
/home/KaTaToHuK/.kde/share/apps/ktorrent

I think KTorrent uses PeerGuardian format, when you search for filter in the forum and you find some info.

There are 2 kinds of filter you can use. First one is PeerGuardian format that you download from internet and convert to KT recognizable format (so called Level1 filter or AntiP2P). It's located in ~/.kde/share/apps/ktorrent - but I strongly suggest not to modify these files. PeerGuardian file (level1.txt) can be modified but with precaution not to break its format. Our level1.dat is a binary file and modifying this file could cause IPFilter malfunction.

The other one is KTorrent format (groupBox below Level1) which can be wherever you want. It's plain text file (described lots of times on the forum please search around), and you can place it wherever you want. Just set path to it in IPFilter settings.
