How to fix it ?

Euhm, very simply install konqueror. The KIIO slave which handles http is gone for some reason.

Were you in the middle of an OS update ? I had this when I was updating breezy to dapper, the konqueror instance I had couldn't find the kio_http slave in the middle of the update.

I have had a kde upgrade and this happended after that.I reisntalled pkg with kdelibs / kdebase where konqueror is included but this doesn't take result.

And if you run kbuildsycoca or restart KDE ?
