It should not happen unless somehow your cache files got deleted. Did you, maybe, manually delete those files? Maybe your HD is full or something?

Ok. Can you verify that the file is present on hd? Just check if the file (the filename KT complains about) exists.

Error starting torrent Ultraviolet.2006.PROPER.DVDSCR.XViD-BLiNK : Cannot open /home/vranik/.kde/share/apps/ktorrent/tor7/cache/SAMPLE/blink-ultrav-sample.avi : No such file or directory

it creates 80B symlinks and in my download folder: /mnt/sdb6 etc these files are but only 0B :( another torrents was ok, but in about 50% I have these errors

EDIT: hmm, when i close ktorrent and reopen i dont have these files no more :( ktorrent delete it :(

This almost sounds like it could be a permissions problem. Did you run ktorrent with sudo or something? Does your user have write permissions in your storage directory? Make sure your ktorrent user has write access to all of those files, both in the cache dir and your download dir.

its a fat32 (vfat) and i dont problem with this partition, only with some torrents, many i had sucessfully downloaded and this problem is only with some... (Cannot create /mnt/sdb6/DCdownloads/Ultraviolet.2006.PROPER.DVDSCR.XViD-BLiNK/SAMPLE/blink-ultrav-sample.avi: No such file or directory)

this is what i have set in settings in ktorrent: folder to store temporary files: /home/vranik/.kde/share/apps/ktorrent/ and automaticaly save downloads to: /mnt/sdb6/DCdownloads....

have this error something with protocol encryption and allowing unecrypted connections? or what?

fat can't handle some characters in filenames, and we don't do any special checking for this.
