AFAIK this message tells you that the remote procedure call of another DHT client gets queued because these calls(limited by slots) are on the max already.

Ones in a while i also see lots of this massages floading around for a short time. I guess it's just a tripping DHT client that needs a disconnection. (if i am right this is what KTorrent does, if this client keeps hammering)

There seems to be a problem with DHT that's probably causing this. George knows about it so I'm sure it will be fixed eventually.

RPC calls are outgoing, but this thing should be fixed, we allow for less tasks running so that there are more slots left over.

I think it happens less then before, but it still happens here. If i am right it occurs shorter than before too.

That's the plan, if all slots are taken we queue up the calls until calls finish.
