Using ktorrent 2.0b1

I get these lines over and over again when trying to download from one special tracker:

Error : 6c

d8 kann nicht nach int konvertiert werden
Doing tracker request to url : http://tracker.s*********ts.org:80/anno ... 08%93D8%7f

which translates to something like "d8 can't be converted to int"
"apparently" other users are using ktorrent successfully (according to their IRC Chan). could this have something to do with localisation?

No, there is no localization involved with the tracker (obviously can choose the language in which it sends back error messages)

What version are you using ?

Oops must have missed that :-)

Well in order to debug this I would need to have some torrent to download from this tracker, the error message suggests I probably need the exact torrent. (Btw, does this happen with all torrents of this tracker ?)

It seems the actual reply from the tracker is preceded by some random stuff. Which confuses KT, seeing that it expects a proper reply.

EDIT: it is not random, it is allways 2b5 and a carriage return

strange, other clients seem to ignore this? (or at least not parse it)

It's a bug in the tracker in my opinion, but I will make sure that KT ignores random garbage in front of the actual data.

EDIT: Fix is in, the torrent now works without problems
