Limit upload speed - how to fix?

Hello,

i have read in the developer forum, that i am not the only one: I updated from beta1 to rc1 and now me max upload speed (15kb) takes no effekt any more.
There is something written like: update SVN or so on. What must i do to make this?

And must i uninstall the ktorrent rpm first? Perhaps you should ad this question to FAQ.

I think SVN users should know some things by themself. But yeah you do have to remove the package first.
