The rpm pkgs don't come from devels.They come from users..

Although it is some days ago that this question was posted: ktorrent is now part of Fedora Core (version 5 and devel), just enter
Code: Select all
yum install ktorrent
or choose it in one of the package management GUIs (like pirut, yumex, ksynaptic, etc.), and you're done :)
