As far as I know this should work, how many seeders and leechers are your torrents having ?

sorry i havent gotten back sooner
heres what ive gotten
when im downloading it will upload that torrent
but once finished it moves to uploads
while it sits in uploads it will read peers for a moment but then drop them
leaving the peers at 0
if i stop & restart it will bounce again for a moment or 2 then drop back to 0
once i get a torrent down i would like to be able to share it but it just aint happening

Maybe the upload/download ratio is reached? You can change this so you can continue uploading.

We automatically drop connections to seeders when we are seeding, It seems there are just no leechers for these torrents.

i dont have a limit set so it should upload till i turn it off

yes i understand that but i know there is leachers looking for this but unable to connect to me check this page out you can see there are seeders & leachers for this particular torrent
so i know the torrents i want to share have leachers

In the torrent you linked to there was only one leechers, if you get connected to that torrent KT will upload to it.

Btw, are you behind a router ? If so you might want to load the UPnP plugin so that the proper ports can be forwarded, and you can receive incoming connections.

that wasnt a torrent that im sharing but i am sharing on that sight as well as others. i do have more than 1 toerrent in my uploads, 1 which i finished dowloading today , was uploading till i restarted ktorrent, that one & previously downloaded torrents arent sharing even though i see on the sight there are plenty of leachers & me in the seeders.

i am behind a router i have ports forwarded for the ip im using UPnP shows the ports i chose

ktorrent did start to upload got bout 50mb out then **** out i see leachers popping in& out
i did grab bittorrent and am not having to many problems it is only feeding to 1 peer though
