Hi,

is it possible, that most of peers are choked and snubbed when i do not have files in upload tab ?
How can i offer files to share ?
i tried the only option "manual anounce", right click context menu in uploads-window , but nothing happens , no fileselect-dialog, nothing...
What should i do next ?

The manual announce is only to get a new list of peers for the torrent from a tracker.

What version are you using ?

#ktorrent -v
Qt: 3.3.5
